TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROYLER, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

LIABILITY CAP: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COEY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Royler, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.

  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH COEY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.

8. DMCA POLICY

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to dmca@coey.com with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

9. TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Site or your access to it at any time, without notice, for any reason. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
