FLUX 2 Klein 9B T2I

FLUX.2 Klein 9B is the compact open source tier of Black Forest Labs' FLUX.2 family, a 9 billion parameter rectified flow transformer aimed at product teams and developers who need fast, cost effective text to image generation. Despite the reduced size, it inherits the architectural improvements of FLUX.2, including better semantic understanding, stronger prompt adherence, and more consistent rendering of lighting, perspective, and materials. Klein 9B supports multi reference editing and generates images up to roughly 4 megapixels, with dimensions as multiples of 16. It is distributed with open weights under a commercially friendly license and fits comfortably in about 29 GB of VRAM, which makes it practical to run locally on an RTX 4090 or deploy on a single modest server GPU.
