LTX-2 image to video is Lightricks' animation mode, letting users input a static image along with a natural language instruction to generate a short video sequence. It keeps subject identity, environment layout, and style intact while animating the scene, introducing camera movements, lighting changes, and dynamic transitions in line with the prompt. The model produces synchronized audio alongside visuals to enhance narrative impact, covering speech, foley, and ambience from the same 19 billion parameter dual stream transformer that powers LTX-2 text to video. Native output reaches 4K at 50 frames per second with clip lengths up to 20 seconds. Creative controls include multi keyframe conditioning, reference video inputs, depth maps, and LoRA based stylistic adjustments for professional storytelling.
