Scoped and quoted
A channel we operate daily and a one-off workflow build are not the same job, so there is no price list. We scope the work, and you see the number before anything starts.
Workflow architecture
Your stack, wired for AI
Automation that lives where your team already works, not in another tab.
Content production
One asset becomes a campaign
One asset becomes a campaign, at machine scale, with a human on everything that ships.
Operated channels
Media properties we run for you
We launch and operate media channels fueled by generative AI, from AI-first pipelines with a human polish all the way to fully autonomous channels.
Price drivers
Every engagement is quoted after a scoping call. We ask about these, and about what stays with your team afterwards.
How many assets a week, in how many formats and aspect ratios.
Which CRM, analytics and content libraries the automation has to reach.
How much runs on its own, and how much a person signs off before it ships.
A build we hand over, or a channel we keep running month after month.
Straight answers
If something here is missing, ask us and we will answer the same way.
What does $99 a year get me?
GroundSlate on your Mac plus a bridge Mac, the full MCP server, an unlimited local library and separated profiles for client work. Every update ships to you while your subscription is active.
How many machines can I install on?
Two: one host Mac that holds the library, and one bridge Mac that forwards its AI apps to it. Extra bridges can be added from Billing. No seat is welded to the hardware. Release a machine from your account and the seat frees immediately. Teams and agencies are scoped with you.
I am replacing my Mac. How do I move GroundSlate?
There is no transfer code. Sign in, open Licenses and Macs, and release the old Mac; the seat frees at once. Then install GroundSlate on the new one and paste the same license key. Activating first is harmless: the app tells you every Mac on the license is in use and sends you to that page.
Somebody sent me a gift code. What do I do with it?
Open the redeem link that came with it and sign in with your own address. The code puts a license on your account, with its own key to paste into the app. A gift code is spent once, and it is not the license key itself.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The download is free, and renders carry our mark until you activate a license.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes. $99 a year is a subscription, and it renews on the same date each year until you cancel. We email you before every renewal and before any price change, so a charge never arrives unannounced. Cancel any time from Billing in your account: the next charge stops and your licence keeps running to the end of the year you have paid for.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions. Write to legal@coey.com and we refund the charge.
I am in the EU or UK. What about my right to cancel?
You have a statutory fourteen day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Downloading or activating the software is asking us to supply it immediately, and that right ends once it has been supplied, which is why we say so before you buy. Our own fourteen day refund is separate and is not affected by it, so either way you have fourteen days.
Where does the processing happen?
Indexing, transcription, face recognition, captioning and rendering all run on your Mac, and we receive none of it. GroundSlate is driven by your assistant, so what you type goes wherever that assistant already runs.
Do I need services too?
No. The software stands alone; services are for teams who want the system designed, produced or operated rather than assembled.
