Version 1.0.0166: See which service your assistant is calling

When an assistant calls GIPHY, X, Upload-Post or another service you have connected, the Dashboard and the activity log now name that service, and say what the call is doing: uploading to it, sending to it, or reading from it. An upload to GIPHY now shows as an upload instead of a download.
