Lead Goldmine: Auto-Qualify Every Deal with AI and No-Code Magic

Stop Letting Good Leads Slip Through the Cracks

Too many inbound leads, too little time, most sales teams miss great opportunities simply because manual review or basic scoring can’t keep up. With today’s no-code tools and AI, you can instantly enrich, qualify, and route leads without coding or complex setup.

What You Need

• n8n (preferred), Make , or Zapier

• CRM or lead source (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, web forms)

• Enrichment and scoring APIs (Clearbit, Clay, People Data Labs, OpenAI)

• Slack, Teams, or email for notifications

Step 1: Trigger When a New Lead Arrives

• Connect your lead source: Use an n8n Trigger node for Google Sheets, CRM, or web forms to detect new leads.

• Make or Zapier users can use built-in CRM triggers for the same effect.

Tip: Capture as much info as possible, email, company, LinkedIn, up front for better enrichment.

Step 2: Enrich and Score Automatically

• Enrich the lead: Use an HTTP node to send the lead to Clearbit, Clay, or another enrichment API. Fetch firmographic, technographic, and social data.

• Add web activity or recent signals if available (e.g., last site visit, job change, social posts).

• Score with AI: Pass all enriched data to OpenAI or your favorite LLM with a simple prompt, for example: Lead: {{leadData}} Company: {{companyData}} Activity: {{activityData}} Product: {{yourProductPitch}} Rate fit and intent (1-10), summarize reasoning, and return "HOT" if both are 8+, else "NOT YET."

Pro Tip: Adjust your scoring logic and prompts as you learn what actually converts.

Step 3: Route Leads Instantly

• Notify and act: If “HOT,” send an alert to Slack or Teams with details and a “claim” link, or assign the lead in your CRM.

• If “NOT YET,” tag or move the lead into a nurture sequence.

• Add a human review step for leads where the score is borderline.

Tip: Set up automatic reminders if “HOT” leads are not claimed within 10 minutes.

Example: n8n Visual Workflow

• Trigger: New CRM or Sheet entry

• Enrich: HTTP node to Clearbit/Clay

• Score: HTTP node to OpenAI with prompt

• Route: Slack/Teams/email notification if “HOT,” else tag for nurture
