Find the exact moment, with handles

Search your transcripts for a phrase someone said, and cut the best hits as separate files, in sync, with handles either side.

Search the transcripts in my GroundSlate library for where p203 (Mila) says "we made it", and give me the three best with the timecode and which clip each came from. Cut them out as separate files with a couple of seconds either side so they do not start on a half word, and put them in ~/Desktop/moments/.

Paste it into any MCP client

Ask for handles. A phrase match covers the words and nothing else, and a cut on the first consonant sounds clipped.
Transcript search covers the whole indexed library. You can narrow it by person or media type, but not by project. It reads a shortlist of fifty clips at most, not every transcript, so in a big library, name who said a rare phrase. To search one project, name it: your agent looks up its clips and keeps only the hits inside them.
Saving outside the library needs a granted folder. Grant it once in the app and it stays granted.
