The Animated Series

A 2D animated series set up the way a studio would, entirely inside GroundSlate, with a first episode delivered. The drawings are SVG, every shot is an HTML page, and the film is those pages captured, not a generated clip. Your agent asks what the show is and how it should look, writes the bible, and builds the style kit the show is drawn to. It draws each character's front from that kit as a T-pose SVG, cuts each front into a rigged puppet on an avatar with a GroundSlate voice, and builds the sets and props. Then it writes the episode, records the lines, animates every shot as an HTML scene, and cuts the film from one document. It shows you the work at every stage and leaves notes a second agent can start the next episode from.

Use /groundslate-animated-series: set up an animated series in GroundSlate called <<SHOW NAME>>, in profile <<PROFILE ID OR NAME>>, and deliver its first episode. It is <<ONE LINE ON THE SHOW: WHO, WHERE, WHAT KIND OF FUNNY>>, drawn in the spirit of <<A SHOW OR STYLE YOU WANT IT TO FEEL LIKE>>, here are reference frames and what to take from each <<TWO OR THREE FRAMES: LINE, EYES, PALETTE, SHADING>>, 16:9 at 24 fps, <<EPISODE LENGTH>> long. Draw every character, set and prop as SVG. Animate every shot as an HTML page GroundSlate captures into the film. Ask me your questions before you build anything, including whether I already have vector drawings for the cast. Build the style kit first and show me the swatches. For each character, write a front brief whose Visual Idiom is copied from the kit and whose CHARACTER section is that person part by part, show me the brief, then draw one T-pose front SVG with a named group for every movable part and show me the front (face at three times size, whole figure, flat-black silhouette) before you cut a puppet or start the next character. Then cut each front into a puppet on an avatar with a GroundSlate voice. Write the episode, record every line, animate every shot so nothing sits still for five seconds, cut it from one document, and show me the film. Leave notes in the project that a fresh agent can start episode two from. Tell me what did not resolve.

Works with

Your agent's own skills
Research, analysis and writing. GroundSlate renders web pages itself now, capture_page for stills and record_page for footage, so the pictures come from the app; the reading, the judgement and any account that needs a sign-in still arrive through your agent.
